Unfortunately we couldn't place this list in every related technology, but 
questions can be asked about regular expressions and their support 
in .NET, JavaScript, Linux, Perl, Ruby, PHP, XML Schema, and anywhere 
regular expression support can be found.

I've just compiled the code download for VB.NET Text Manipulation 
Handbook, which contains much about regular expression support, and so I 
will be responding mostly to questions about .NET Regex support. However, 
I do know a little JavaScript and XML Schema too.
