I have several users set up within dba_users. I want them to be forced to 
change their password every 60 days.

My software which the company uses to access the Oracle database has a 
faculty to force the change. 

However if a user uses their password to access Oracle outside of this 
software, i.e. Microsoft Query there is no facility to force a password 
change.

As it stands if I set up an Oracle user and they do not ever use the 
company software then they will never be forced to change their password.

On Page 85 it states that you can use the 'Password Expire' clause, but 
that it will only force users to change their password the first time they 
log on. Is there a way to change it every 60 days?
