the first part get a bit complicated. There is some good material on
sessions and session handling in pro java server j2ee edition (chapter 09)
or search on the web for tutorials on managing session on a server with
java.

I am very confused in handling in multiple request of single user how i
can handle this using servlet. How i can program it in effective way.

Another problem is that how i can solve the problem of Telephone

Problem is that, i am developing a Hotel Management Application in VB 5.0
& SQL Server 7.0, I have to develop a solution for the room telephone call
that is made by a customer & which is automatically add that phone call to
the particular customer account & also store the dial no, date, start time
& end time. How i solve the problem.
