in order to show fonts that other might not have you have several options.
This doesnt really have anything to do with java though

the first is to use downloadable fonts - it has been a while since I did
this so I cant remember off the top of my head - try researching into
truetype fonts, fonts in general (there are literally thousands of sites
offering information and fonts for sale.

the lazy cheat is to require people to install the fonts before viewing the
site - since most users will be using windows they should have access to
them.
