thank you for your answer , I solved the first problem when I delete the 
space as you told me but I still can not solve the second problem . my jsp 
file in two places :

1 - webapps\root

2- webapps\mywebapp

but jsp files in the two directories can not be reloadable .

can you help me to fix the secon problem
