hi brent and dan,

thanks alot for the help...

i have got around the problem..

instead of using "response.write", i use all the html tag to code the page

then encode it using the delimiters where neccessary...

kinda difficult to get in this place...

Do they do their maintenance at night over there that frequent?

thank again brent and Dan.

You missed the point though m8,

Using Response.write to write your HTML is at least 30% faster

than using html with delimiters!

Your choice though! Glad to see you sorted your problem out!

Cheers

Brent
