Hi,

This is regarding MSSQL Connect. By default PHP versions (Zend Engine)

4.0.3+ have a builtin support for MySQL and ODBC. For other databases,

you need to have the required DLL extensions (shared library objects)

enabled to be loaded in the PHP.INI file. Please check out the

following steps to

1.. Check out whether this entry is properly filled in PHP.INI:

Hi,

you need to have the required DLL extensions (shared library objects)

enabled to be loaded in the PHP.INI file. Please check out the

following steps to

1.. Check out whether this entry is properly filled in PHP.INI:

extension_dir: (This should have a value like: extension_dir:

C:/PHP/extensions

2.. Scroll down a bit towards the various extensions. Do you seen an

extension for: ;extension=3Dphp_mssql.dll (Remove the ; before the

extension. Now that it is uncommented and will be loaded on next

invocation of PHP module.

3.. If you do not have access to PHP module, check out whether your

implementation of PHP supports enable_dl on. If that is enabled, then

you can try to load the Dynamic Library at runtime. For more

information on the DL function, you may feel free to check out

http://download.php.net/manual/en/function.dl.php (This has examples

also).
