crystal_reports thread: Export to Spreadsheet

this is my statement

 With gcrystlReport.ExportOptions
            .DestinationType = crEDTDiskFile
            .FormatType = crEFTExcel70
            .DiskFileName = sPath & "\Statement_EOD_" & _
                              Format(ToDate, "DD_MM_YY") & _
                              ".xls"
         End With
            gcrystlReport.Export False

and the Statement_EOD_05_11_03.xls file Created But if i do it again it 
will overwrite the existing File, but the problem is  that i want to 
create  a diferent spreadsheet to this file

Or have Crystal add a date time stamp to the file name.
