proasp_codeclinic thread: Sub _OnClick

Message #1 by Mike Moore <mmoorree4444@y...> on Sun, 26 Jan 2003 21:34:26 -0800 (PST)
I am a bit confused about what you said about ASP / VBScript....

Where do you expect this sub / function to run?? If you want to run it on
the client (which makes the most sense as you are validating a form), you
can still use JavaScript and then use VBScript ASP (or JavaScript ASP) at
the server.

Anyway, if you'd read my post completely, you would have seen this:

<INPUT TYPE="BUTTON" NAME="VerifyInfo" VALUE="SubmitYour Info"
onclick="VerifyInfo_OnClick();">

As you can see, I have added: onclick="VerifyInfo_OnClick();">

This makes sure that whenever a user clicks the button, the sub or
function VerifyInfo_OnClick() is called.

Cheers,

Imar
