I have a copy of "Professional ASP 3.0" that I bought in the US in late
1999. It has a page 5. The topics on the page are:
1) The continuation of the discussion of non-Microsoft Platforms.
2) A discussion of development tools.
3) A figure of the "Windows2000 Configure Your Server" screen.
