I believe those 500;100 (as well as that whole chapter) is going to require
IIS 5.0/Win2000 to work.

' I'm trying to implement a custom error page on IIS4 to
' handle ASP errors
' using the procedure described in Active Server Pages 3.0,
' Chapter 4, Error
' Page Mapping in IIS (page 158).
' When I display the Server Properties - Custom Errors, the
' list of mapable
' errors doesn't show an entry for 500;100. We only have a 500
' entry followed
' by a 501 entry.
' What do we do to get a 500;100 entry so that we can point it
' to our custom
' error page?
