how to used RadioButton in Datagrid in FLEX and how to check which item's radio is selected by user?

First of all, under what logic you are trying to implement a radio button in datagrid? Once you select a radio button in one row, you wont be able to deselect it!!!

Secondly, what are you referring to as FLEX?

i want to show many records in Datagrid in Flex2.0 application ,
if i click on any field of any row , the whole row is selected(highlited) , but i want to select only radioButton and it should not highlited the entire row , but it should give me all values of all fields of that row for radioButton is selected.

Sorry, but I have no idea about Flex2.0 application!!! May be someone else might be able to throw some light on your issue.
