Default navigation in a web site.....

hi everybody,

I am using sitemap with all the sitemapnodes along with masterpages. I can navigate to all the pages in my project.But at first my login page is displayed.Only after providing the correct credentials,my sitemap on the left should be displayed.pls advice me....

Hi there,

You can wrap the control that displays your sitemap in a LoginView control.

You find the LoginView in the Login category of the toolbox. It allows you to define templates that apply to different users and roles. Inside one of the templates you can add the TreeView.

This is pretty basic ASP.NET knowledge; maybe your intention was to post in the ASP.NET 2.0 Beginning forum instead of the Pro forum?
