Default Subir una Imagen de Sql SErver a ASP.NET

Bueno dias tengan todos...
Mi problema es que necesito subir una imagen guardada en formatos de Bit, en Sql Server a una pagina ASP.NET
Mil Gracias por su ayuda..!
