Serial Number of the Hard Disk

Actually the problems are very simple now. That's how can I get the code to get the serial code of hard disk???

Can you teach me ?Or can you give me ,then I try to understand it ? Or where can I find all this coding???Then my main language is using VB.

I hope someone can reply me as soon as possible and can help me as well.
