Default convert Outlook email to pdf

Hello. I need to convert an Outlook email and its corresponding attachments to one pdf. I was looking at creating a postscript file then using the pdfDistiller to convert to a pdf.

Is there a better way to do this?

If not, how do I get an email with attachments into a postscript file?

Thanks for your help.

Do you wantto do this programatically?

If so, then have a look at a product like http://neevia.com/prodCR.htm

If not programatically, then it would be installing something like www.jawspdf.com and printing the email and its attachments one at a time.

Hope this helps

Andrew

Thanks for the response Andrew. Neevia and Jawspdf sound like what I'm looking for.

I need something that will also convert outlook attachments - that can consist of: Word documents, Excel documents, PowerPoint documents, etc. to one pdf.

At this time I'm looking for something without a license or fee. Do you know of any software that is free?

Thanks for the help!

Ha Ha...Free :-)

Unfortnately not. I have tended to ignore the free market. Most times what you get costs you more time in making it the way YOU want it than if you pay someone to do it.

As for what you want to do, programatically, you can use these tools to print the email to a pdf, print each of the attachments to pdf, merge all of them to 1 pdf, clean up and then do whatever you want.

I am writting a server process that does EXACTLY that now. That is why I mentioned the neevia product.

Regards

Andrew

Thanks for the tips. Unfortunately, free is the only way I can do this. Any VB 6 coding references would be greatly appreciated! Thanks.
