Default Beginning Visual Basic SQL Server 7.0 code

I am looking for the code samples from this book, Beginning Visual Basic SQL Server 7.0 - ISBN 1861003064 - Author Thearon Willis. I have checked the wrox site and it did not contain it.
If anyone has the code or knows where to obtain it I would appreciate it.

Thanks

Check for the Book, Visual Basic How To Database. You can find the codes.
