Default Learning Visual Basic 2012

Hi Team,
I am currently learning Visual Basic 2012 through reading the book called;
"Beginning Visual Basic 2012.

I have come across a problem which as follows:
Reference to page 340 Section Creating the Toolbar. I am reading this from my iPad.

I am building a Tool bar. There are six buttons. The book said to down load the file:

C:\VS2012ImageLibary\ ...In which I did...Then locate the file...

vs2012ImageLibrary\Actions\32bitcolorbitmaps\16x16 folder...Then locate the file...New_DocumentHS.bmp ...

Is the file under a different name? Where is the file?
This is where I can't find that file. Does anyone know where this file is?
Can someone please point me in the right direction.
Thanks
Warwick Marshall
