Rania,

Are you using the HL7v3 LTR 1.1 database?

If you are, please let me know if you have any questions.

Default HL7 v3 Database

Yes we used the HL7v3 LTR 1.1 database. It maps very well to the CDA document. I have a question about the role name: in the database you have a "ST" data type instead of an "EN". Is there a reason for that?
