I have designed a pivot table in access like the one above but the problem which i have now is that i want to add a calculated field which is calculated as follows perf=(B/forward+C/forward)/Grand Total

Excell only give the fields imported from access which are employeeName,WorkOrderNo and Status(Status having the following, records B/forward C/Forward and complete )
