Default Help needed on Human Workflow Services : Microsoft

While configuring Lab 12: Human Workflow Services in InfoPath 2003 mentioned in msdn.

at location: http://msdn.microsoft.com/office/def...INF_Lab_12.asp

After performing the following steps:-

1. Created the Biztalk Human Workflow Services solution in VS.NET 2003 , manipulated the action orchestration and deployed it after modifying it according to the requirements.

2. created and registered an action.

3. Thereafter created an infopath form and manipulated the manifest.xsf file in order to invoke the action.

On opening the infopath form I am getting the following error:

The following DataObject either cannot be created or cannot be initialized: GetActivityList
The query cannot be run for the following DataObject: GetActivityList
InfoPath cannot run the specified query.
The SOAP response indicates that an error occurred:

Cannot authenticate user.
