This forum is one BIG F..... joke....

I shall remember to NOT recommend anything from wrox, p2p or anything that is related to this lack of support..

Dissapointing

I saw your post in the other thread about Chapter 20 and I am curious. You say that this forum is a joke, lack of support, yadda, yadda, yadda.

Hypothetically speaking, if that were a Sams Publishing book you were reading what would you do in your situation where you are having problems with chapter 20? Certainly you aren't going to get on their forums and ask for help...because they don't exist.

Ultimately you would submit a problem to them (or write a letter) and it might get added to the errata.

The fact of the matter is, Wrox supplies the forum as a way for developers to help each other out and it is not required of the Author of a particular work to come here and support said work but some of them do.

If I were a flash guy and could help you out with this problem I certainly would.

:shrug: My two cents anyway.
