Its so obvious that the authors of this book have no previous knowledge of programming whatsoever. Its a shame, simply because the architects behind Flash had programming in mind when making Flash. Flash reminds very much of C, C++, VB, and Java. Its a joke when these guys try to explain programming terms. Why didnt they learn common programming before writing this book? It makes me laugh when I see the authors explain Objects. It makes me cry, because I dont know where to look for the important stuff. Is it there? THIS is obviously NOT the book for experienced programmers who wants to learn Flash. AND, if youre a newbie, this book will make you cry when you try to learn something else than Flash.
