Default Right versions of Eclipse and ADT etc.

On September 30th, 2012, I started thread with same name as this one. Due to unknown circumstances thread has been deleted, and that is great loss, since it contained VERY valuable information about how to set up environment necessary to follow this book. In other threads there are many links pointing to this now non-existent thread and I will try to recreate it for benefits of all readers (including me) who might come to this forum. Even the author of the book took a part in this thread himself posting very valuable data, including links for downloading complete Eclipse and SDK he was using while writing this book.

For the beginning here is the link to internet wayback machine.

In next few days I will try to recreate as much as possible from old thread, hoping that some other users who participated such as xcopy and weimenglee will help me to do that.

Meanwhile here are some instructions from author of the book including links for downloading complete Eclipse IDE and Android SDK tailored to fit this book.

And here are very useful comments and instructions by user xcopy.
