Hey,
I've created a custom Principal and Identity object (defined in System.Security.Principal), which I use to represent a user. I pull the User ID, contact information from a database (stored in the identity), and the roles pulled back from the database and stored at the Principal level.

It is a good technique but how i can create some thing like that if you give me any resource(tutorials) to help me.
i heared some thing like multi tiered web application but i dont know how i can create objects that act in deferent tiers (like bussiness tier,our database tier or presentation tier in 3tiered architecture).
but i think you can help me if it is possible for you guide me how i can learn more about this topics.

There are plenty of examples on the web, plus one of the Wrox books uses a PhilePrinciple custom object that you may find threads on this site about that. This may hopefully help you out some:
