Default comparing date from access and asp.net

hi,
i am working on a project in asp.net using c# with database ms access 2007.
i want user to select two dates from calender.i m taking tis dates in textboxes.i want to retieve all d records from database between tis two dates.....but the dates from asp.net and access are not matching .wat shud i do??

thanks in advance!!
