Default source files for controls are not working in browser

hi,

when i open the source files in my browser, only
the code is showing and not the control buttons or anything!

sometimes error comes up saying that the XML sheet can not be displayed.

can anyone help please??

How did you open the web site? What do you see in the browser's address bar? And how did you open the web site in VWD and where did you store your files?
