Default Configuration file

I have installed Visual Studio Express 2013 for web on my new desktop. When I try to run a Website I get a message can't write configuration file?
Can you help me?
My website works perfect on my old desktop.

Yes, Windows 10 home 64bit, VisuaStudio 2013 for web verion 12.0.40629.00 update 5, Net Framework verion 4.7.02556, iis express 10.

Configuring iis express failed with the following error : Filename\\?\User\Bjork\OneDrive\Dokument\iis express\applicationHost.config

My site C:\A\Hasten\

Error:cannot write configuration file

I cannot even get a New file, I get the same error message.

Can you be more specific? The exact version of VS, the exercise / page in the book, the actual error message, the location of your site on disk etc. would all help a lot....
