Default Bit of help with the first exercise in Chapter 13

Hi,

I have just started the first exercise in Chapter 13 (Page 437). I have gone to the source folder and opened the site in the Chapter 13 folder. However when I then start the exercise it seems that the Management master page already exists and the code that step 3 asks to be entered is already done.

I must admit that as I am trying to do a web front end for a db I am developing I have jumped into the book at Chapter 12.

Do I need to have built the site from scratch in order to not have this exercise completed before I have done it?

Hi there,

The source folders contain the result of a chapter. So if you want to start with Chapter 13, use the Chapter 12 folder as your starting point.

Cheers,

Imar
