Default Chapt 9, Pg 227. Error?

On page 227 step 3. the first selector "div#content h3" appears to be incorrect.
Previously on page 208 step 3 the selector was just "h3". At this point in the book I don't see that it makes a difference on rendering, but which one is correct?

I don't think it will make a difference, because both refer to the <h3> element. All the original source files show "div#content h3" though, so stick with that. Somehow or another div#content was left out of the one on pg 208, but it appears in all the other source files.
