errata Beginning DotNetNuke Skinning and Desigh

Page XIX 2nd to last paragraph, last sentence the text "abstracted the all of the complexities" should read "abstracted all of the complexities"

Page XX 2nd to last paragraph, 2nd sentence, the text "concepts such JavaScript" should read "concepts such as JavaScript"
