Default TabBarController does not show in iPhone SDK 4.0

Hi,
I recently upgraded to iPhone SDK 4.0. I realised when following the example in chapter 8 "Creating a Tab Bar Application" (page 186-187), that the Tab Bar Controller does not appear after I double clicked the main.xib file from XCode - as such I'm unable to see the display as on figure 8-4.

Could someone please advise. Thank you.

Default I have same issue

I made a post on this very issue today, too.
I also emailed Wei-Meng Lee about it.
If he responds, I will pass it on.
