Default Missing pages

While going through chapter 13, I found that pages 309 to 324 are missing in my book and instead the pages 165 to 180 are repeated. Can someone provide me the pages 309 to 324 so that I can continue with the book? I had bought the book online through an online publisher. I will appreciate the help.
