Default Try it out, p.724, step #1 How?

How can I add a new C# Windows Form application to the existing solution WebServiceSample? I try to add a new item, but there is no template for a windows form available. I have tried to add an existing item, but that doesn't seem to work for a whole other project. Thanks for any help.
