Chapter 05 contains three solutions.
Not sure if your'e not able to open any of them?

Myself I had issues extracting the .zip files by right-clicking the files and using "Extract all.." (I'm using Windows 8.1).
I ended up with downloading and installing 7-zip which is a free third-party software for compressing/extracting files and folders.

Similar with you, I also is a Windows 8.1 user.
By default, it offer me winrar to open those zip files.
For your information, I was able to open some of the zip files.
Just that got few files I was unable to open especially those files after chapter 7.
