error 403 forbidden
all php files were working perfectly until I uninstalled the latest windows SP2 update from my laptop. After unintalling I cannot access http://localhost and all php files, all I got is error 403 - Forbidden access.
I tried reinstalling the update back to my computer but the problem still exists. I've tried everything i could, any help would be appreciated.

Check in your httpd.conf files and ensure that indexes are allowed - another words -Indexes is not set.
Wow - this is a real old topic.
