Hey guys, I'm sorry but it's another kind of page three question.

I'm running windows 7 as admin at all times. I have installed python 2.6 and python card and tried to install wxpython as it needs it for PC to run.

Whenever I try to install wxp i get a message about PYTHONPATH, during installation I choose where on my pc python is and install to lib/sitepackages as requested.

But when I try to run it at end of install get told that no python.exe is in the python path.

I'm a little bit confused, can someone please help explain what's gone wrong and where? wxp did make early ref to p2.5 but I didn't feel this to be important... at the time!!!

UPDATE:

I kind of answered my own question as I finished it off and since finding WXP for P2.6 I now have it up and running and I'm looking forward to getting to grips with this.

As well as the book what other valuable resources are there to help you program simple programmes in order to understand more about how the code works?
