Howdy

I want to learn regular expressions so I know how to write RSS Feed filters

I have just started reading Beginning Regular Expressions and I am Stuck before I have really started.

I have just started and It says do this.

1. Open Car.txt in OpenOffice.org Writer (regular expressions are supported in version 1.1 and
above).
2. Use Ctrl+F to open the Find and Replace dialog box.
3. Check the Regular Expressions check box.
4. Enter car in the Search For text box

I have installed open office 3.2.1 and when I look at the menu screen I see. Text Document, Spreadsheet, Presentation, Database, Formula, Open a Document and templates.

I don't see Writer there let alone Car.txt

Help please.
