Default Chapter 6 - Adding a Custom Action to Your Application

Having had to resort to Google, I have now discovered that Step 2 now requires the selection of 'Ribbon Custom Action' from the Add New Item dialog.

Microsoft split the UI Custom Action referred to in the book into two separate items - the one above & then also the Menu Item Custom Action.

Might help someone save the internet search :-)
