1. Looking at the solution to the above Exercise on page 581 what if for instance a patient takes more than one treatment at a single visit? How do I restructure the table to take care of this possibility?
2. In which of the tables do you record the cost of the treatment. I think it is the Treatment Table but then how/where do you record Patient payments/account information such as amount billed, amount paid and amount outstanding?
