Default sample code "location not fully trusted"

Hello,
I downloaded the sample code. I unzipped it. I double-clicked HelloUser.sln. The IDE opened and gave me the error message "The project location is not fully trusted by the .Net runtime. ...". The project location is on the local machine. What do I do?
Bill

If the code is on a local drive and not a network drive then check out the following link.
