Default Converting from Visual Studio 2005

When I download the code, convert and open it in Visual Studio 2005 I get a ton of errors. Is there a way to use Visual Studio 2005 with the code that I downloaded or not? Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks in advance.

What type of errors are you getting. There really shouldn't be any problems using the code from Visual Studio 2003 in Visual Studio 2005.
