Default Beginning Visual basic databases 2005

Hi everybody,
I am working on Library project in Visual Basic 2005.I prepared a database "Library" in Microsoft accsses 2003.It contains three tables,Member, IssueDetails & Books.My problem is, Suppose Books table has two books of Visual basic , How I can issue one book to a member form these two books of visual basic so that only one book remain in Books table?can anybody tell me,please give full code explanation.Thankyou.
