Default Try It Out Page 146 Chapter 5

I am having trouble following the instruction for Try It Out Building a Structure Line 2.

When I right-click on the Structure Demo file name I get the following menu.
Build
Rebuild
Clean
Publish
Add New Item
             Existing Item
             New Folder
             Windows Form
             Component
             Module
             Class
Add Reference
Add Web Reference
View Class diagram
Debug
Rename
Properties

None of these seem to match the instruction in item 2 on page 146 about Add menu item from the context menu.
What am I missing?

I am using Microsoft Visual Studio 2005 Professional (Visual Basic 2005)
