Default Saving a File with vba

I need to save a file which is named "Foam" that will add the date located in sheet1 cell a1 followed by the word "TO" and the date located in sheet5 cell v1. For Example file would be saved as: "Foam 2/20/2012(located in sheet1 cell A1) TO 6/20/2012(located in sheet1 cell V1)"
