Default Slowly Changing Dimension

Hi everyone,
in Lesson 2 there is a classification of SCD (Type I, II and III) which is different by that explained in Lesson 8 (Type 0 'fixed', Type 1 'changing' and Type 2 'historical') and used in SSIS. Which is the relationship between them?
Thanks for everyone who can give me some indications

Alessandro
