Default Upsert-Server errors

Can someone help me figure the reason why for the error below.

Split-Path : Cannot find drive. A drive with name 'K' does not exist.
At C:\DBAScripts\Upsert-Server.ps1:310 char:112

Here's the result from querying the sysfiles table

Here's the result from getStartupParameters function

The K drive exists on the server.
