Default Chapter 4, Creating Compound Controls example

Hi,

I tried to run example code Chapter4_Code_Snippets, A5CompoundControls on emulator R1.1.

First of all, I got two exceptions. I have to add two constructor to fix them.

Then, I found A5CompoundControls did not show buttons nor Text Editor as I thought.

Any idea?

Thanks

Ji Xiao
