Default Webpage alignment for different browser

Hi All,
I have developed one asp.net intranet system. i hve used nested tables for designing this system is working fine with IE 6 but when i have tested it on other browsers like Mozila And IE 8 all the alignment is getting disturbed please tell me that how can i make design so that the alignment will not get disturb in any browser
