Default Recommended setup to work thru the examples?

Hi,
Can anyone suggest the recommended setup on for working through the examples for this book?

My OS is XP Pro, so IIS is available. It seems like the book recommends Visual Studio (& Cassini over IIS), but has anyone had any luck using Visual Web Developer Express?

Seems like others in the "Beginning ASP.NET 2.0" forum have had issues with their setup when using SQL Server 2005, as opposed to SQL Express 2005...does the source code for this book "play nicely" with SQL Server 2005 (Standard Edition)?

Thanks in advance

Hey,

VWD doesn't need IIS, so that may or may not be a problem. You should have success, but I don't know what the setup of the book looks like.
